This week I get to speak to Ingrid Stone, Writer, Broadcaster and Founder of Yoga for Alzheimer’s. We talk about how she has been raising funds for charity, and about her mother Valerie Blumenthal also a Writer, who has been diagnosed with Posterior Cortical Atrophy, the same rare variant of Alzheimer’s disease that affected Alzheimer’s Research UK patrol and Author Sir Terry Pratchett.

Ingrid has practiced yoga for over 15 years and has used it to find a way to help raise money which is helping to create awareness and inspire global interest. She firmly believes that research holds keys to finding answers to Dementia.
