About Donna

My name is Donna Noble (pronoun she/her)  and around 13 years ago I suffered with Bells Palsy, after working in a stressful corporate job.

At the time I refused to acknowledge that I was stressed and that this was the cause of my illness.

Working long hours and catering to the demands of my job and family with very little time for me, meant I did not have balance.

It was yoga that initially allowed me to heal and started to transform my life.
