You are invited to join Amani Eke and me in celebrating a different kind of self-love and acceptance workshop. An interactive 2.5-hour transformational workshop designed that takes participants on a journey towards self-love and self-acceptance, developing a positive body image. The goal is for women to set new positive intentions about how we feel, think, and speak to ourselves and others.
This workshop includes a self-compassionate yoga practice, discussion around the media literacy, Body Image and Body Positivity. A journey inwards so we might discover how our worthiness truly comes from within.
Interactive activities include:
– Dismantling the “beauty myth”
– Changing the conversation from criticism to kindness
– Embodied yoga experience – self care breathwork session, a stretch and flow session and Tibetan sound bowl meditation
– Committing to being kind to ourselves, and therefore each other
– Seeing and experiencing ourselves as worthy from the inside out
– Recognising our unique and collaborative contributions
The Benefits to you: This workshop will give you time for self-reflection and an opportunity to challenge some of your limiting beliefs with regards to your self-love journey, body image and self-talk.
There will be time after the workshop for snacks and further connection.
