My name is Donna Noble

and around 11 years ago I suffered with Bells Palsy, after working in a stressful corporate job.

Af the time refused to acknowledge that I was stressed.   Working long hours and catering to the demands of my job and family with little time for me meant that I did not have balance.

It was yoga that allowed me to heal and started to transform my life.

I have had so many questions from those of you that have started or want to start your yoga journey.

That you want to want to have the confidence to practise yoga with elegance.

So I created the Go with the flow 12 Week Program; a simple introductory program designed to help curvy women to have the confidence in their yoga practise and be able to modify the yoga to suit their body and not their body to suit the pose.  So that you eliminate all the fears associated with yoga and can experience its  many wonderful benefits.

How does it work?

For each of the 12 weeks, I’ll send you a link to a video or short audio each week that will show you the path to practising yoga with elegance.

There will be a monthly group call on the 2nd Thursday of every month at 7.30pm. For a live Monthly clinic call online where you can ask questions, get some coaching or simply listen in as others do – you’re all up against the same thing and often hearing the insights and experience  of others can shift things for your practise.
