A weekend Retreat in the beautiful secluded surroundings of Oxon Hoath, a stunning county home only 45 minutes from London.

Date: 8th – 10th May 2020

The retreat is a body positive retreat. EveryBODY is welcome!  Each guest will have the opportunity to practice at their own level making this weekend suitable for all levels.

We will cover many aspects of yoga postures, pranayama, meditation and relaxation.



Large shared room (up to 4 women) £365pp

Twin/Double room non-ensuite £380pp

Twin/Double room ensuite £420pp

Superior Twin/Double ensure £480pp*

All rooms are sharing either on a double, twin or triple basis. All rooms are different and a range are available.  All prices are per person on a shared basis.  A limited number of single rooms are available for a single supplement of £80.

*Superior rooms are larger and have a better view of the surrounding countryside.   

Please contact Donna asap to make the £200 deposit which will secure your space or you can pay in full if you wish.

The balance is due 6 weeks before the retreat on 27 MARCH 2020 and is payable by bank transfer.

Yoga Classes
During the weekend there will be a total of 4 classes. The Retreat begins just after 4.00pm on Friday and ends at 2.00pm on Sunday.
Flow Yoga
The morning class will provide you with the opportunity to develop and explore your personal yoga practise.
Restorative Class

The evening class will be a relaxing restorative yoga class.  Where postures will be held for longer.  Helping you to relax. Donna will also introduce you to techniques to help reduce stress, creating balance and simplicity in your life. There will be the option for group simplicity coaching and meditation sessions. Where we will look at ways in which to deal with stress and simplify life.

All the rooms at Oxon Hoath are characterful and unique and are allocated on a first come first served basis. Most rooms are for sharing and early bookers get best choices.  If you are coming alone we can put you together with someone of the same sex. We are able to offer a single supplement on several of the twin rooms for £80 or £100 on the superior twin rooms. 

Food at Oxon Hoath is quite delicious. Most of the produce is grown organically, locally, and is generally vegetarian.




What to expect

A weekend where you can come and re-treat from your hectic schedule.  Cultivating “me time” and learning how to listen to your body.

In your free time between yoga and meditation sessions and mealtimes you have the chance to enjoy a massage, explore the grounds and surrounding countryside as there are lots of fabulous walking opportunities. There is a lovely comfy library where you can curl up with a good book and a cup of tea and a cup of tea or just enjoy the peace, tranquility and natural surroundings.

In the event of a cancellation:
• 60 days or more prior to the retreat: Your entire payment will be refunded, less £200 which is your deposit.

• 29-30 days prior to the retreat: Payments are not refundable, but are transferable (less £170 deposit) to a future Retreat.

• 29 days or less prior to the retreat: Payments are not refundable.

All descriptions of holidays and facilities are correct. However should amenities or courses be unavailable due to acts of God, technical failure or unforeseen difficulties of any kind, we will try our very best to provide an acceptable alternative, but under such circumstances cannot be held liable.

While the highest standards of care are provided, neither can we accept liability for loss or damage to your personal property or any medical condition which may develop during or after your holiday. Your holiday insurance should cover these and any other contingencies.
