ONLINE YOGA

Online Yoga with Donna Noble. A great way to start your yoga journey in the comfort of your own home with other like minded individuals.

All you need is space enough for a Yoga mat – Donna will advise you of any “props” e.g. bricks, blocks or straps etc. you may need. Yoga props can also be easily substituted by every day items in your home. 

IN LINE WITH THE GOVERNMENT’S GUIDELINES, ALL GROUPS CLASSES AND COURSES AND HAVE BEEN SUSPENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. 

 

Online yoga is a great way to practice regularly in the comfort of your own home with likeminded individuals.

HOW ONLINE YOGA WORKS

Online yoga is super easy to set up.

All you need is a phone, tablet or PC with a Wifi connection.

Classes are held online via Zoom, free and easy to use software you install just once in advance.
