About this Event
If you want to be empowered to step into any class with confidence, knowing you have the tools to make yoga work for your body, then this workshop is for you!
This is a body positive workshop open to all shapes, sizes, genders and ethnicity. I will be demonstrating the use of props to support the body allowing you to experience the postures safely.
You’ll learn how to:
Adapt the poses to suit your body for instance, how to keep your chest out of your face during downward facing dog.
How to trust your body and allow to listen to you body and trust it.How to personalise your practise for your body.
Most importantly we will have fun.
Find your focus and calm your mind

Beginners and anyone new to yoga.
People who are new to yoga and want to learn the basic principles in a slower-paced, more interactive setting
People with several months of class experience who want to step back and refresh on the fundamental principles of yoga postures and practice
