Group Classes
My classes are ideal
Beginning with a detailed consultation, I will guide you through the various options for your class in terms of its pace,
The sessions can be held in my home studio, your office or home. At a time to suit you and your needs.
Private One-to-One
This is one of the best ways to practice Yoga. The classes are geared towards your overall well-being, fitness
My approach is to start with a consultation so that the content,
You will be provided with ‘homework’ recommendations to enable you to work on postures between classes which will help you to improve your practice further.
Yoga sessions can take place at my home studio, or if you prefer I can come to your home for individual classes, and if you’ve got the space then you might want to consider inviting a few friends over and I can lead a practice for all of you!
Up to two additional people are welcome to join a private session for an additional fee per person. Groups larger than three people are charged as a ‘Yoga Party’.
