A relaxing short break in the beautiful English Countryside is the perfect opportunity to reconnect to the true essence of you. Hilton House is an elegant secluded getaway. Within each reach of London, where you will experience re-balancing yoga sessions in a Yurt, invigorating sea-view walks and indulging holistic treatments. Just what the Doctor prescribed!
This Georgian country house provides stylish yet cosy accommodation. Every room has plenty of character and all have stunning views over the countryside.
The Georgian country house was once home to economist John Maynard Keynes and ballerina Lydia Lopokova as their retreat for contemplation and calm. It is the perfect venue for our retreat as both a yoga room and yurt are offered for our classes as well as lots of space to chill out and relax.

The house was completely redecorated in May 2007, and all 7 bedrooms were decorated using natural materials. Every room has plenty of character and all have views over either the Sussex Weald or Downs. The garden has many mature trees, you could sling one of the many hammocks and relax to the sound of birdsong. The firepit in a woodland clearing provides the perfect setting for stargazing as night closes in. It’s known that Lydia Lopokova the Russian Ballerina was inspired to dance on the lawns under the moonlight.
There will be plenty of free time to explore the beautiful surrounding English countryside on sea view walks leading from the house; visit Charleston Farmhouse just down the lane; relax in one of the hammocks or sun loungers; curl up with a book in the sitting room or rejuvenate with a holistic treatment (Reiki Healing or therapeutic massage, which needs to be booked in advance at an extra cost).
Food at Tilton House is quite delicious. Most of the produce is grown organically, locally, and is generally vegetarian.
A weekend where you can come and re-treat from your hectic schedule. Cultivating “me time” and learning how to listen to your body.

"I have just returned from CurveSome’s yoga retreat. The venue was amazing as is the teacher, Donna Noble. I am a newbie at yoga and the progress I have made over the last 6 months is a testament to Donna’s patience, experience and her ability to make a plus size woman feel that their size is not a limiter. Her classes are fun and thought-provoking. As she says enjoy the (yoga) journey and I have thus far. Thank you so much."
"Donna’s Yoga retreat was incredible, being new to Yoga I felt welcomed and encouraged by Donna. She adopts a different approach for each individual, teaching you different practices for each yoga pose to suit you. I feel a stronger connection with my physical body as a result. Donna provides a warm, positive, uplifting style of teaching which has left me with an addiction for Yoga! I’ve left the retreat feeling calm, peaceful and mentally and physically stronger and would recommend Donna to everyone!"
"I never knew just how much one could be inspired by listening to you speak of your passion for Yoga and Mindfulness – love that word. I love to be inspired and you did just that for me. You speak with an eloquence that is both inviting and embracing. You make me want to explore the vast, almost unknown or rarely heard of benefits of Yoga and all that it can do to benefit our lives in a healthy and positive way. I will definitely be looking to join your Curvesomeyoga group and classes. Love you for sharing your gift and wisdom. Blessings and More Love."
