1. Information we gathered 

 

When visitors use the Services, we passively collect and aggregate information indicating, among other things, which pages were visited, the order in which they were visited, and which links were “clicked.” Collecting such information involves the collection and logging of Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, Internet Service Provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, the files viewed on our Site, date/time stamp, clickstream data, operating system, and browser software used by each user of the Services. The information we collect helps us identify the most popular areas of the Site and determine the effectiveness of our promotional activities. 

 

In certain areas of the Site, such as those in which you submit an enquiry, we request that you provide us with certain personal information, such as your e-mail address and full name etc. We may in future request that you provide us with additional information such as your address, mobile number etc. We will, in such situations, seek to identify which informational items are required and which are optional. 

 

We do not proactively collect personal information considered as sensitive personal information such as health-related information. However, our Site include text boxes which are designed for you to provide your choice of information about your enquiry. You should be aware that information you freely submit in these boxes may reveal to us certain information that may be considered as sensitive personal information under applicable law. If you post testimonials on our Site, such information can be viewed by our customers. In this case, the user’s contact information will not be displayed to customers performing searches on the Site.

 

Device Information: When you visit our Site or open communications (such as emails), some information is automatically collected from devices (e.g., mobile, computer, laptop, tablet) used to visit or use our Site including, but not limited to, operating system, access times, browser information (e.g., type, language, and history), settings, and other data about your device that we use to provide the services or as otherwise described in this Policy (” device information”).  

 

Location Information: If you use our Site, we may receive your generic location (such as city or neighborhood) or, with your consent, precise geographic location data from your mobile device when the app is running and when it is not running. We may, for example, receive this information when you select yoga retreat search locations. We may use and store this information to provide and improve features of our Site, for example, to tailor our Site on a needs-based manner to better facilitate your requests and to provide you more relevant content about classes and yoga retreats. 

 

The Noble Art of Yoga and Wellbeing is not available to children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 years of age. Please note that we cannot control the acts of users of the Services. All visitors should be aware that, when they disclose personal information the information is not used by others to send that person unsolicited email from other parties outside The Noble Art of Yoga and Wellbeing. To provide services to our customers, The Noble Art of Yoga and Wellbeing may collect indexed content, including information about you, from a variety of publically available websites. We combine this data with information we already have about you. This helps us to update, expand and analyze our records, identify new customers, and provide products and services that may be of interest to you. Web beacons 

 

We use web beacons from time to time. A web beacon is a string of code that provides a method for delivering a graphic image on a web page or in an email message for the purpose of transferring data or determining how many times a specific web page has been viewed. Web beacons enable The Noble Art of Yoga and Wellbeing to recognize a browser’s cookie when a browser visits a Site, and to learn which banner ads bring users to each Site. For example, when a user visits a web page, the code for the page may include instructions to go to another server to gather a single pixel graphic image. Web beacons are not placed on a user’s computer. Such web beacons may be provided by The Noble Art of Yoga and Wellbeing third party advertising companies to help manage and optimize any online advertising.
